She is a passionate about clear communications, and language skills apart, Karen's talent lies in her capacity to listen, interpret, translate and simplify. Karen is one of the Women 1st Top 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel & Tourism, as well as winning the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) Business Impact Award.
